EBC was officially established in February 2017, though Carlette has been catering for over 20 years. We have a loyal following on social media, as well as, in person customers. Since the business was established, we have provided catering services for several prominent property management companies such as Bozutto (averaging roughly 500 units per property) and Scott Management's Oakcrest Towers property (with 1600 units) during the holiday season. EBC has catered weddings, birthdays and anniversaries for hundreds. Our CEO is a Washingtonian and knows what it takes to make an impact in the city that she loves.
